Today, as we begin to explore the heart space, I want to take you through a very simple guided meditation.
This is a regular practice I use for myself as both an anchor point into the present moment and to deepen the heart connection.
It’s a simple way to drop out of the thinking mind and in to the feeling heart.
By engaging in a practice like this, we’re directing both our attention and energy into the heart space. And by consciously working the breath in this way, with this extended exhale, we shift the nervous system and tell the body ‘we are safe’. We are safe to feel.
